We provide project management, engineering and construction expertise across the full field lifecycle. These services are delivered within three operational business units: Subsea and Conventional, Life of Field, and Renewables and Heavy Lifting.
Within Africa, Middle East & Caspian region (AMEC), we safely execute Subsea and Conventional projects which connect seabed wellhead infrastructures to surface facilities such as platforms and floating production systems. We are actively present in a significant number of countries in Africa, Europe, Caspian Sea, Middle East and Asia.
DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTION
Reporting to HR Manager, the HR BP will be based in Istanbul office and will be supporting in the establishment of the Office in Turkey, implementing the HR Processes in Country, Drive the local recruitment plan and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations. The HR BP will have a functional reporting line to the Country Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as first point of contact to local management team in country and provide local HR advisory and consultancy
Follow-up on Resources (Manpower) Plans, and ensure on-time delivery for the required recruitments with the support of AMEC Recruiters
Support HR Manager in the implementation and structure of Local HR policies, and ensure its compliance with local laws and legislations
Ensure communication of accurate and compliant HR data (manual and electronic)
Manage local Compensation and Benefits Policy
Prepare business cases pertaining to employee changes (Promotions, Transfers, …etc.)
Follow-up and manage expatriation process for Subsea 7 Turkey
Manage and review payroll for employees
Participates in AMEC region and Group HR initiatives as and when required
Contribute in the creation and maintaining of a healthy working environment in line with Global Subsea 7 policies
Live the Subsea 7 values and provide required induction for all new hires
Support in the creation of local Training Needs Analysis (TNA), and Career Development plans for employees
Contribute to creating a positive HSEQ culture within Subsea 7 and ensure familiarity with and adherence to local HSEQ codes and practices
Contribute to creating a culture of ethics and integrity within Subsea 7 and ensure familiarity with and adherence to our Code of Conduct

PROFILE – QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND BEHAVIOURS
Graduated from Management School or Human Resources (or equivalent)
6-9 years of hands-on HR experience (Generalist scope), ideally in the Oil & Gas subsea segment
Excellent working knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
Proactive and curious. Willingness to understand the decision drivers, Challenge the business, and process data inputs.
Analytical and Problem-solving skills.
Meticulous and organized
Excellent Communication and People skills
Fluent in Turkish and English Languages, French will be an advantage.
