Our client operating in the Automotive Industry is currently looking to employ an HR Administrator to be based in Uitenhage.Requirements :At least 3-5 years of experience in the HR field.Previous experience with handling disciplinary matters and Employment Equity Plan creation/submission.Responsibilities and expectations include but are not limited to :Handling staff queries and liaising with company Provident Fund, Payroll, and Medical Providers.Serving as the overall point of contact for staff inquiries.Supporting recruitment for key positions, including writing job descriptions and screening candidates.Supporting disciplinary procedures alongside division heads and senior management, liaising with legal advisors and external HR consultants if applicable.Ensuring compliance with the Employment Equity Plan and managing other HR-related tasks such as BEE documentation and SDL Levy claims.Coordinating staff training programs, planning courses with team managers, and scheduling sessions for team members.Supporting new staff onboarding processes, including work contracts, payroll setup, Medical Aid transitions, and Provident Fund setup.Handling Department of Labour inspections and other compliance or documentation requests as needed.Supporting ISO 9001 updates and document creation.If you do not hear from us within two weeks of applying, please consider your application unsuccessful.Required Experience :Unclear seniority level.Key Skills :ATS, Paychex, Microsoft Outlook, Payroll administration, Workers' Compensation Law, Benefits Administration, HRIS, Payroll, Employment & Labor Law, ADP, Administrative Experience, Human ResourcesEmployment Type : Full-TimeVacancy : 1Create a job alert for this search
