Description Our client operating in the Automotive Industry is currently looking to employ an HR Administrator, to be based in Uitenhage.
Requirements: Relevant HR related qualification.At least 3-5 years of experience in the HR field.Previous experience with handling disciplinary matters and Employment Equity Plan creations/submissions. Responsibilities and expectations include: Staff queries and information-liaison with company's Provident Fund, Payroll, Medical Providers.Overall point of contact for staff queries.Recruitment support for key positions - write up job descriptions, screen candidates, etc.Run and support for disciplinary procedures with each division head and senior management (and liaison with legal advisors and external HR consultants if applicable).Support for compliance with Employment Equity Plan and other HR related tasks (BEE documentation, SDL Levy claims, etc.
).Staff training (plan adequate courses with each Team Manager and allocate/schedule courses for the respective team members).New staff inception-process support (work contracts, payroll setup, Medical Aid transitions, Provident Fund Setup, etc.
).Handle Department of Labour inspections or other compliance/documentation requests (when applicable).Support with ISO 9001 related updates and document creation. If you do not hear from us within two weeks of applying, you may assume that your application was unsuccessful.
