Hr Administrator

Details of the offer

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Prepare new starter files and ensure personnel files are continuously updatedUpdates disciplinary filesUpdate termination records and sends to payroll for processingCompile HR reportsCompile contracts, offer letters, increase letters, promotional lettersCoordinate staff incentive administration( birthday tickets, service excellence, best dressed)Coordinates all HR projectsHandles staff queries and provides advice on a regular basis and works towards an open door policyPlaces adverts on recruitment platformsArrange interviews and recruitment packs for interview panelManages communication with candidates and recruitment agenciesOnboarding of successful candidates – payroll system, eco-time, induction, medical aid and pension fund registrationCapture leave on eco time and sage 300Bi-annual leave audit (Annual, sick, family responsibility, compassionate, WCA, study, paternity)Checks all benefit changes are successfully processed by payrollEnsuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.Collaborating with the HR team to design and execute HR projects and initiatives.Requirements2-3 - years' experience in a HR Administration roleDiploma/Degree in Human Resources or equivalent qualificationPlanning, detail oriented, result driven analytical and decision-making skills.Excellent organisational and time management abilities.Customer Service OrientationKnowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.Strong oral and written communication skills.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Payroll related experienceTime and Attendance experience ( Eco Time will be preferential )
