Responsibilities: Ensure facilitation and coordination of internal and external audits of corporate and local HR processes in order to pro-actively ensure appropriate governance levels Support the implementation of Group and Local HR processes (performance evaluation, recruitment standards etc.)
Support the implementation of learning & development programs to ensure development plans are created and carried out for all staff groups Ensure compliance with all aspects of HR administration policy (including payroll, employment contracts, compensation/remuneration/benefits and relocation) Support and ensure closure of all HR related Audit findings Support Industrial with consolidation and follow up of Outsourced labour Invoices/queries Liaise with external stakeholders (MIBFA, Stats SA, MEIBC, Dept of Labour) Support and facilitation of all industrial relations matters Partner with Health & Safety to ensure HR compliance Provide switchboard coverage where needed Participate in all HR projects/initiatives Perform general administration duties for the Human Resources Office Foster a positive work environment with a good team spirit including the wider support teams Requirements: National Diploma in Human Resource Management or similar Minimum 2 years relevant experience within a manufacturing environment Computer Skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook) Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work under pressure Able to react quickly and effectively to changing business conditions Operate with ease within a matrix organisation Experience of dealing with a diverse workforce We are committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all people, by offering a work environment accessible, welcoming and inclusive in compliance with legal obligations.
