Duties: Cleaning guest rooms: this includes making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, and restocking supplies like towels and toiletries.Cleaning public areas: maintaining the cleanliness of hallways, elevators, lobbies, and other common areas.Restocking supplies: ensuring a sufficient supply of cleaning products, linens, amenities, and other items needed for cleaning and guest comfort.Reporting any issues: notifying management of any maintenance problems or guest complaints.Maintaining a clean and organized environment: ensuring rooms are clean and presentable, and that all items are properly stored and organized.Assisting with other tasks: such as laundry, linen management, or guest service. Requirements: Grade 12At least 2 – 3 years' experience in a large, luxury HOTEL environment.Basic knowledge of Health & Safety and chemical cleaning usesAble to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and order.Physical StaminaAble to manage tasks efficiently and keep track of supplies.Able to complete assignments within a specific timeframe, particularly during busy seasons.Excellent communication skills
