You will be the "face" of the residence, ensuring every resident experiences a safe, clean and welcoming environment.What You'll DoResident Engagement and SupportServe as the first point of contact for all resident inquiries, concerns and requestsProvide clear guidance on residence facilities, rules and servicesFoster a professional, approachable and supportive atmosphereOperations and InspectionsConduct regular walk-throughs to ensure cleanliness, safety and proper maintenanceCoordinate and follow up on maintenance with contractors or in-house teamsEnsure communal areas are always tidy, functional and invitingCleanliness and StandardsOversee housekeeping operations and perform regular quality checks to maintain hotel-level standardsCoordinate cleaning schedules and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety protocolsAdministration and ReportingMaintain accurate records of resident issues, maintenance requests and inspectionsProvide daily or weekly reports to management on residence operationsSupport check-in, check-out and room inspection processesWhat You NeedProven experience in hotel management, front-of-house, or hospitality leadership rolesPrevious experience in premium residential management is advantageousStrong administrative, organisational and reporting skillsFamiliarity with maintenance processes and building operationsFlexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as required
