Run a small but growing shared office space in the City Bowl.

Our client is a property developer and has created a 600sqm, co-working office space on the 30th floor of their newly renovated CBD building. This funky offering needs a client-facing, highly computer literate and impeccably presented individual to run the front of house, sales and marketing. With guests & potential clients coming in all the time, you will be the first point of contact and fulfil all reception duties; booking meeting rooms, taking calls, organising catering etc. From a sales perspective, you will ensure that the property receives coverage on-line via various platforms. All leads generated in this way (and through direct call-ins) are yours to run with; calling back to set up viewings & selling the product by introducing them to your exceptional service from the first point of contact, to efficient paperwork, follow ups and eventual leases.
In this thriving new sector, which has the capacity to grow by at least another 1,000sm, you are setting yourself up as the future manager of the business.
To apply to this role you must have previous experience in shared office space; either in sales, reception, marketing or operations.
You will be a confident communicator and show a strong sense of initiative, and hold a minimum of a matric.
