An outstanding career opportunity has become available at a highly rated boutique guest house in the Eastrand.Our client needs a responsible and matured female to run the place as their own, the successful individual is responsible to fuel up the growth of the business.Non-negotiable requirements:people management experienceorganised personalitygreat communication skillsMain responsibilities:On Site:Answering phone calls and texts in a professional manner.Turning over apartment units and following our strict cleaning protocols.Managing both the domestic worker and garden service/ maintence individualsMonitoring inventory levels and reporting supply shortages or damage in units.Assisting with guest check ins and guest compliance.Office Work:Completing administrative work.Responding to guest queries and providing assistance. Messaging and emailing guests.Helping to develop standard operating procedures.Preparing budgets and new apartment plans.Scheduling MaintenanceOn Site - Setting Up New Rooms:Liaising with and monitoring necessary service providers. Getting units ready as quickly as possible.General work hours will be as follows:You will be expected to work a maximum of 6 days per week.
