Are you an experienced and meticulous accountant with a passion for property management?
Join this well-established holding company with assets in South Africa and internationally, to manage the property division of the trust company.Key Responsibilities:Overseeing approximately 40 properties, including managing rentals and related expenses.Payment preparation, invoicing, processing, and reconciliations.Managing and maintaining a rent roll effectively and accurately.Utilizing Pastel SAGE Evolution and MS Excel for day-to-day accounting tasks.Supporting the group with various other responsibilities as they arise.Caseware experience is advantageous.
Job RequirementsBCom degree with completed articles OR appropriate experience (minimum 3 years).A valid Drivers LicenseStrong proficiency in Pastel SAGE Evolution and MS Excel.Proven experience in managing property finances, including a rent roll.Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working collaboratively within a larger group.Stable work historyContactable references You will need the following documents and experience to apply.
