Our client is seeking a Head of Training - Leadership and Organisational Development to join their team, based in Johannesburg.
Successful candidate will be responsible for identifying high-potential employees , implementing world-class leadership training , and ensuring a strong succession pipeline for key roles.
Minimum Requirements:- Master's degree (preferred) or Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields:- Organizational Development Leadership and Talent Development Human Resources (HR) or Industrial Psychology Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Leadership or HR Education and Training (with a specialization in executive or corporate learning) Additional certifications are a plus:- Certified Executive Coach (ICF, EMCC, or similar) Leadership Development and Talent Management Certifications (CIPD, SHRM-SCP, ATD Certified Professional in Talent Development) Change Management Certification (PROSCI) Advanced Challenger Sales Model Training Experience and Skills Required:- 10+ years of experience in leadership development, talent management, or corporate training At least 5 years in a senior leadership or training role within a large or mid-sized organization Proven experience in building and executing leadership programs that resulted in measurable career growth Experience in succession planning and high-potential talent identification Track record of successfully integrating leadership training into performance management Experience working in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, FMCG, or a high-growth corporate environment is a plus Strong expertise in: Leadership and Executive Coaching Succession Planning and Talent Analytics Training and Development Program Design Stakeholder Management and Collaboration with Executives Change Management and Culture Building
