Our client is seeking a Head of Training - Leadership and Organisational Development to join their team, based in Johannesburg.Successful candidate will be responsible for identifying high-potential employees, implementing world-class leadership training, and ensuring a strong succession pipeline for key roles.Minimum Requirements:-Master's degree (preferred) or Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields:-Organizational DevelopmentLeadership and Talent DevelopmentHuman Resources (HR) or Industrial PsychologyBusiness Administration (MBA) with a focus on Leadership or HREducation and Training (with a specialization in executive or corporate learning)Additional certifications are a plus:-Certified Executive Coach (ICF, EMCC, or similar)Leadership Development and Talent Management Certifications (CIPD, SHRM-SCP, ATD Certified Professional in Talent Development)Change Management Certification (PROSCI)Advanced Challenger Sales Model TrainingExperience and Skills Required:- 10+ years of experience in leadership development, talent management, or corporate trainingAt least 5 years in a senior leadership or training role within a large or mid-sized organizationProven experience in building and executing leadership programs that resulted in measurable career growthExperience in succession planning and high-potential talent identificationTrack record of successfully integrating leadership training into performance managementExperience working in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, FMCG, or a high-growth corporate environment is a plusStrong expertise in:Leadership and Executive CoachingSuccession Planning and Talent AnalyticsTraining and Development Program DesignStakeholder Management and Collaboration with ExecutivesChange Management and Culture BuildingEmail your CV + supporting documentation to ******.
