Silvertree is now looking for a Head of Operations to take full responsibility for the profitable operation of the Darth Kitchen - a subsidiary of UCOOK , while adhering to the company’s policies and procedures at all times. Ensuring that a courteous and efficient service is provided. It will be the responsibility of the Head of Operations to ensure the smooth running and setting up of the whole operation.

Responsibilities
Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee all kitchen efficiencies
Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
Formulate strategic and operational objectives
Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
Manage budgets and forecasts
Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
Recruit, train and supervise staff
Find ways to increase quality of customer service

Requirements

Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
5+ years proven work experience as Operations Manager in restaurant or a closely related industry
Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
Experience budgeting and forecasting
Familiarity with business and financial principles
Detail oriented
Driven and self-motivated
Team player
Leadership ability
