Head Of Group Regulatory Compliance

A leading organisation is seeking a Head of Group Regulatory Compliance to take charge of regulatory affairs and compliance across all business units.
This pivotal role ensures that all processes, products, and promotional materials meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficacy while aligning with local and international regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the Responsible Pharmacist, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, including the Medicines and Related Substances Act and the Pharmacy Act.
Oversee regulatory compliance strategies, systems, and policies to support business objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams and regulatory authorities to navigate industry changes and mitigate risks.
Manage licensing requirements and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
Lead and develop a high-performing regulatory team, driving a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
Key Requirements: BPharm degree and current SAPC registration .
Minimum 10 years experience in pharmaceutical regulatory affairs and compliance.
At least 6 years as a Responsible Pharmacist.
Proven leadership experience with at least 5 years in people management .
Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
