Description As the Head of Direct and Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for: Drive and execute on the division''s individual strategies and grow the book year on year for the next 5 years Achieve objectives and aspiration of the business through the delivery of market leading marketing and digital enablement solutions Deploy and optimise of best practice multi-channel and multi-product marketing for acquisition, growth and retention programs inclusive of the elements necessary for their enablement - greater digitisation of our business across the end-to-end customer and partner experience. Own, execute and continuously enhance the company''s customer engagement strategy across all channels. Develop and drive top and bottom-line performance improvement by working with the Chief Digital Marketing Office and South African country teams to sustainably transform our business. Campaign development, performance management and profitability; agile test and learn marketing; customer lifetime management and portfolio optimisation, for both the digital and direct marketing channels. Profile The successful candidate will have the following: Tertiary Degree essential 10-15 years'' work experience with extensive understanding of Direct and Digital Marketing campaign and financial management, analysis and profitability performance reporting. Solid track record in Direct Marketing, preferably within the Insurance and/or financial institution space Experienced in the management of integrated/multi-channel marketing and cross-discipline marketing concepts from creation to implementation.
