Job Description: Develop & execute a comprehensive channel partnership strategy Identify & build relationships with key partners (financial institutions, tech vendors, equipment manufacturers, etc.) Empower partners with training, marketing resources, and sales tools Drive sales growth & market expansion through joint business plans Monitor performance & analytics to optimize partner success Ensure compliance with financial regulations and mitigate risks Lead & inspire a high-performing team Skills & Experience: Proven success in scaling partner networks and strategic partnerships Strong understanding of leasing & financial solutions Expertise in CRM & partner management tools (Salesforce, PartnerStack, etc.) Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills Qualification: 8 years experience in channel sales, partnership management, or business development Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing (MBA preferred) Contact HAYLEY MULDER on
