Key Responsibilities: Lead, train, & inspire the butler team to deliver exceptional, personalised guest experiences Set and uphold world-class service standards, ensuring consistency across all guest touchpoints Personally oversee VIP, UHNW, & high-profile guest stays Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Front Office, Concierge, & F&B team Manage butler schedules, performance, & ongoing training programmes Handle guest feedback, preferences, & special requests with precision & discretion Drive continuous improvement & innovation within the butler service offering
Requirements:
This position is not open to expats Proven experience as a Head Butler, Senior Butler, or similar leadership role within luxury hotels or private UHNW households Strong leadership & team development capabilities Deep understanding of formal service, etiquette, and luxury guest expectations
