Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in marketing and or communications and or public relations
10 years professional experience
2 years resource industry experience mining
Digital Media Marketing experience
Experience working with remote office locations
Event coordination/management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Teams
Development of Strategic Marketing and Digital Marketing plans
CRM systems and lead identification and customer interaction
Experience working with the following software/programs/platforms
WordPress
Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier, InDesign, etc)
InDesign
Google Analytics
Adwords
SEO
Social Media Marketing
LinkedIn
Youtube

KPAs:
Develop, budget and implement marketing and public relations strategies updated at least every 12 months
Driving the Company''s brand recognition
Researching, writing and distributing media releases
Conduct and/or commissions market research
Organising PR events including press conferences, exhibitions, open days and press tours
Document quality control [templates, formatting, editing]
Social media company protocols and employee guideline for social media interactions
