Duties:Ensure efficient and cost-effective branch, CDC & Head Office operations within prescribed company policies, procedures & company delegations whilst providing overall support to Sales Department to achieve set objectivesOptimisation of transportation and distribution costsManagement of Company Fleet to ensure optimal usage within prescribed budget / Leasing parameters & InsuranceManagement of Company Fleet to ensure optimal usage within prescribed budget / Leasing parameters & InsuranceManagement of company insuranceManagement of all Head Office facilities including air conditioner, electrical & sanitationInteraction and communication with Landlord relating to issues raisedManagement of Sub-Tennant operational requirementInvoicing & Management of all sub-tenants rentalsProcessing all Domestic Pricing credit notes on SAPProcessing all Export Credit notes on SAPLiaising with internal audit department regarding all noncompliance issues raisedFactory Scrap Revenue ManagementProducing regular reports and/or statistics on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.Produce accurate ad-hoc reports if requestedManage and justify any changes to management budgetApprove and control use of extra workforce during strikes, peak times, etc. & obtaining relevant approvals where applicableManagement approval of manpower performance and requirements to ensure consistent achievement of customer levels.Prepare presentations when the occasion calls for itProvide leadership to the department through goal setting, capabilities development, performance feedback and career planning, help recruit and retain competent and high performing staff in order to ensure departmental service delivery and achievement of departmental goalsRequirements:Masters in Supply Chain or LogisticsBCom Hons Degree in Business Admin, Supply Chain and Logistics8 Years experience in managing supply chain, logistics and warehousing.Experience optimising logistics costs and route to marketMS Office and SAPTravel required
