Minimum Requirements CA(SA) or CIMA complete At least 5 years experience in a management role Retail experience is essential Pastel knowledge Key Responsibilities VAT, Tax, Co Act, IFRS for SMEs & Compliance Matters Preparation of Management Accounts Creditors & Expense Management ensuring creditors invoices are accurate and valid, and payments correct; Tax planning, reporting and completion of statutory returns Managing full Finance Team of 50 employees Reporting Management Accounts monthly and annually Prepare budgets and report on performance against the budgets; Manage relationship with (banks, auditors, advisors etc.) Monitor and manage cash flows; Implement cost saving programs and monitor adherence.
