A key part of supporting the continuous growth in the business is to digitalise finance to make it “fit for the future” and develop “best in class” processes, systems and controls that we can leverage.
TEN is looking for a confident, committed, people centric candidate with strong finance systems experience. You will be a key part of the team responsible for managing the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and maintaining / integration of other relevant systems (e.g. Travel booking / payment systems) to help enhance and support the Group’s current financial systems environment.

Key Responsibilities
Undertake the full implementation lifecycle of Dynamics 365 Business Central
Producing appropriate documentation to a high standard according to project methodology and phase.
Act as Subject Matter Expert and Super User for Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions and best practices.
Triage and trouble-shoot Finance systems requests; signpost resources to encourage self-service; help Finance teams navigate change processes.
Monitor and track Finance requests and incidents, identifying trends and root causes
Develop plans for remediation of repeat issues, and work closely with Finance and other functional teams to deliver in an appropriate timeframe.
Partner with Finance teams to understand their system needs - whether pain points causing inefficiencies, or future needs due to changing business requirements
Develop resources and deliver teach-ins to address knowledge gaps across Finance, including the evolution of a super user network.
Collaborate cross-functionally with primarily Technology, Product and IT to understand the development roadmap pipeline, and assess any impacts on core Finance systems
Communicate progress updates to relevant parties both formally and informally, internally and externally.
Ongoing commitment to continuous professional development; completing relevant certifications in a timely manner when necessary.
UK and overseas travel expected.
Carry out additional, reasonable duties as may occur from time to time as instructed by members of Senior Management.
Recommend control and process improvements both in Finance and across departments.
Ad hoc projects & analysis within the Group Finance remit
Requirements

Good understanding of financial accounting, systems, processes and controls (Accounting qualification preferable or knowledge built through experience)
Experience in implementation of financial systems and preferably experience on modules of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Experience in internally build CRMs/platforms and external payment processors.
Travel systems experience (preferable)
Strong inter-personal, project management and communication skills
The desire and willingness to investigate and challenge information and action where appropriate
Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload
Strong Excel skills
