Grants Manager, Western Cape

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Degree in finance and / or related field of study5+ years grant management / accounting experience including the preparation of audit committee reports, management accounts and income & expenditure statements5 years experience in management of staffExperience working on SAP Business 1 or similarKnowledge of MS Office as well as grants policies and proceduresKnowledge and implementation of SARS rules on VAT of incomeThe successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:Ensuring SOPs and policies are in place and develop a dashboard for grant visibilityOversee debtors and ensure invoicing takes placeQuarterly reporting to risk committee and oversee issuing of grant related informationOversee grants management process flowDevelop/maintain expertise in grant proposal and funder requirementsEnsure financial requirements are metDevelop/maintain a database for active grantsEnsure funder specific compliance requirements are metMaintain a high level of knowledge of grant contract terms and conditionsEnsure cohesion between various departmentsSign off on all funder financial reports and present to CFOManage organizational revenueKeep accurate and up to date database of changes to status of projects Salary: Negotiable Please email detailed CV and supporting documentation and salary requirements through to
