Minimum requirements for the role:Must have a B-degree in marketing with a background in agriculture5 years experience in grain procurement is essentialMust be a registered SAFEX Trader with SAIFMAdvanced knowledge and proficiency in Excel with excellent numerical skills are requiredMust have excellent written and communication skills in English and AfrikaansMust have a valid drivers licenceThe successful candidate will be responsible for:Managing procurement activities for the Free State region, Eastern Cape and Northern Cape regions.Attending to producers in the designated area.Managing Safex clients and options.Managing administration and ensuring targets are reached.Sourcing and developing new opportunities.Managing staff and solving general problems.Salary is highly negotiable, based on experience.
