In Brief… Basic Salary: £26,000 (minimum), Year 1 OTE £42,500

Joining the company as a Sales Development Representative, you will have a clearly mapped out progression path to become an Account Executive within 12 months. During those 12 months, you will receive 2 promotions (and 2 pay rises) as soon as you hit your targets! With industry led training delivered in your first 2 weeks in the company’s offices in San Francisco and Cleveland, as well as weekly 1:1 coaching, you are sure to become a top salesperson!
- Fostering strong relationships with potential customers
- Helping to developing the global client base
- Aiding the growth of established client accounts
- Negotiating contracts
- Working towards targets and KPIs
- Ability to travel internationally
- Minimum 2:1 degree classification from a Redbrick University
- Some previous sales experience e.g. working in retail, B2C sales, call centre, hospitality etc.
- Excellent communication skills
- Hardworking and target-driven
- No egos
- Money motivated
- Uncapped commission structure, recent top graduates have earnt £100,000 in their first year!
