Experience & Requirements:
Must have international experience working on an international payroll.
Must have worked on a payroll minimum of 1 500 employees locally and internationally / and Expat exp.
Individual tax experience.
NQF 7 / Honours degree.
FMCG / International company experience.
8 – 10 years full payroll experience and functions.
Salary – R1.4m C.T.C.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a Global Payroll Strategy that supports the overall strategy and financial health of the business.
Create functional strategies and specific objectives linked to payroll on a global level.
Oversight of the Payroll Capability.
Oversight of the Employee Service Centre.
Develop Global Internal Controls.
Global Tax and Employment Legislation Compliance.
Effective leadership and people management.
