Manage the end-to-end recruitment process : from job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to placing candidates. Source and attract candidates using various recruitment channels , including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Write and post job adverts that attract suitable candidates for different roles. Conduct candidate interviews , assess qualifications and suitability for roles, and provide feedback to clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and advising them on best recruitment practices. Handle a variety of roles across different sectors , such as finance, engineering, IT, and more. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws throughout the recruitment process. Provide ongoing support to candidates , including interview preparation, feedback, and post-placement follow-ups. Meet and exceed placement targets and KPIs set by the company. Skills and Experience : Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment, preferably as a generalist handling various industries. Proven ability to source and attract candidates through innovative methods. Strong communication and negotiation skills . Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. Knowledge of employment laws and best recruitment practices.
