Details of the offer

Your Duties: You will be responsible and accountable for: Leading, Managing & controlling of internal management subordinates staff them toward more optimised utilisation. Maintaining Relationship with all the suppliers & cost control for all the logistics Support for immigration requirement. Incident Investigation & necessary actions in relation to guest house and office maintenance. Any other duties allocated by Operations Manager & Finance Managers Vendor Contract Reports for all the new and terminations services Maintaining record and documentation of all the suppliers; and any other duties as assigned by management. Plan and coordinate meetings and conference requirements, including drafting agendas, preparing document packages, etc. Efficiently handle all filing, by establishing and maintaining a framework for systematic retrieval of documentation and data. Ensuring a well-structured and organized administrative makeup of the office in general. Handle resident complaints, maintenance requests and other concerns according to property-specific and company procedures Qualifications and Experience: A Grade 12 plus N6 Certificate or Diploma in Office /Business Management A relevant qualification in the form of Certificate / diplomas pertaining to secretarial work, Office Administration/ Business Management. Sound understanding of and proven experience in a secretarial/Office Administrator role with excellent communication skills and above average organisational skills. 2 years in General Office Administration Competency in MS Office suite. Relevant secretarial experience within the mining industry. Team player. Ability to think creatively and solve problems. Adaptable to improving internal controls and systems. Be able to communicate with our customers. Well versed on e-mail communication. Be able to do basic written communication using e-mails and word documents.
