Professional Requirements:
Valid Passport
Service orientated
Must know how to train FOH staff
Must know how to manage cost and operations; 5+ year’s experience in Cost and Operations in hospitality
Strong ability to effectively work independently and in teams
Have previous experience in a comparable role (5 years minimum)
Proven Experience as A Restaurant Manager in A Hotel or Restaurant
Sales and Customer Service Skills
Excellent Interpersonal Skills for Diplomatically Handling Staff and Customers
Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills for Managing Business Admin and Personnel Matters

The ability to cope under pressure
Good business awareness for achieving successful performance. Must meet set Targets.
Good cooperation skills - the ability to both work in and lead a team
Strong planning and organizational skills to run a streamlined operation
The ability to work independently and make decisions confidently
Be driven and focused on first class standards across every aspect of the operation both front and back of house
Experience in Excel, Word etc.
Able to read, translate financial reports

Education & Experience Requirements:
Hospitality Management: 2 years (Preferred)

Duties:
You will not only oversee every aspect of the day to day running of a very busy restaurant but will also have a fundamental role in ensuring the high standards of the group are maintained and enhanced. Your main management skills will be crucial as you will take full responsibility for the performance and standards of your team. Your role also encompasses all aspects of health and safety relating to running a busy, high volume food led operation. Ensure that your restaurant operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining its good reputation and ethos.
