Requirements
BA/BSc/BCom degree in business or relevant field; MA/MBA a plus
10 years’ experience in the L&D industry at senior management/consultant level
SST level IV capacity (implementation and execute from I – IV)

Experience in planning and budgeting
Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.) (Strong working knowledge of operational procedures)

Solid presentation skills and ability to explain and simplify complex processes to an audience.

Job Purpose
To provide a strategic role in the operational success of the Learning Academy.

The GM should maintain a positive and ethical work climate that is conducive to attracting, retaining and motivating a diverse group of top-quality employees at all levels of the company. In addition, the GM is expected to foster a company culture that promotes high performance, encourages individual integrity, and fulfils social responsibility objectives and imperatives.
