Duties Responsibilities
You will be managingsupervising 5 people and be responsible for the oversight, review, reporting and implementation of all finance related processes for the company. You will be responsible for
Fixed Assets, SARS eFiling Payments, Budgeting, BankingPetty Cash, MonthEnd and other
Insurance, License Agreement Renewals including in more detail
Month end and other
Allocation of leftover funds to Community projects
Monthly reconciliation of community donations account.
Month end recurring journals for depreciation, insurance, Selati Electricity.
Balance sheet reconciliations of key accounts
Review of debtors with Marketing Director
Review of creditors with CFO
Regular clean out of sundry debtors and creditors
Ensure intercompany loan accounts, debtors and creditors balance
Ensure TB Manager is properly updated and balanced for review by CFO
Review of depreciation provisions, provisions for tax and audit fees.
Cash flow analysis weekly
SGR debtors monthly
Reservations
Preparation of biweekly Deposits Due report from eres to be sent to reservations for collection
Preparation and distribution of weekly Forward Bookings Analysis to Exco

Manage PANstrat Rollover.
Annual calculation of provision for audit fees.
Annual journal to reverse provision for depreciation.
Annual journal to fix other provision accounts.
Reporting
Prepare monthly forecasts to track profits for future financial decision making.
Prepare month end ResSales reports incl. 4year view.
Prepare monthly sales report for marketing pack.
Prepare monthly lodge sales revenue analysis report.
Prepare ACT Monthly Management Pack with Variances.
Attend biannual ACT Board Meetings to take the directors through the financial results reported on.
Attend and contribute to periodic quarterly or as required Exco meetings
Annual Audit Involvement
Prepare audit file including
Opening balances.
Detailed ledger.
Recons for all control accounts as well as prepayments and accruals.
Recalculation of provisions for leave pay and audit fees.
Debtors age analysis for agents directs tying up to ledger.
Schedule of deposits received in advance tying up to ledger.
Creditors age analysis tying up to ledger.
Bank recons for cashbooks
Fixed asset register updated and tied into ledger balances.
Recalculation of anticipated depreciation charge.
Intercompany balances.
Assistance with annual stock count For barcurio food.
All cutoff documents for invoicesGRVscredit notes etc.
Prepayments.
Accruals.
Checking and confirming audit journals
Ensure audit journals are captured into the accounting system
Ensure postaudit TB agrees to the AFS and final audit TB and accounting systems are locked at that period
Review of draft AFS for other errors and omissions
NonACT Entities
Prepare provisional taxes.
Monthly population of ACT details in the TB manager and fully review of all entities before submission to CFO.
Calculate depreciation and amortization.
Dividend distribution schedules and journals.
Calculation and submission of DWT01 and DWT02 Dividends withholding tax returns, as appropriate.
Group monthend journals including the netoff of intercompany loan accounts to treasure company, and distributions to beneficiaries of trusts
