Description: Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking a knowledgeable and experienced GCC Engineer to join their mining team in the Northern Cape province. Responsibilities: Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the mining site according to all relevant regulations and standards Leading a team of engineers and technicians to achieve production targets Developing and implementing maintenance and reliability programs to optimize equipment performance Providing technical expertise and support to production teams Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs Conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations Developing and managing budgets and resource plans for the mining operation Collaborating with other departments to optimize overall production and performance Requirements: Grade 12 Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering GCC Mines & Works 10 years' experience in the mining industry (Underground) Minimum 5 years' experience appointed as a GCC Engineer Valid Drivers' License Benefits: Salary: 1.6mil - 1.8mil p/a Paid Time Off (PTO) (If Applicable) Contact Hire Resolve today for your next career changing move.
