A claims administrator is responsible for processing and paying claims on a daily basis. They are to provide an integrated and effective service to clients (internal and external), by ensuring that the claims are administered effectively and timeously. The administrator will be part of the team responsible for the producing the year - end audit files and weekly reports to the consultants, administration manager and clients.
Key Performance Areas:
Communication with the administrators, consultants, actuaries and external relationships
Process and maintain withdrawal claims iro liquidated funds and surplus payments
Attend to queries-both written and telephonic
Client service orientated
General filing and archiving of files and correspondence
