Fund Accountant

Fantastic opportunity for a young accountant to join an investment company's fund accounting team. This client has an excellent track record in both the SA and international market. Responsibilities: Drive daily fund pricing operations and yield calculations Manage bank reconciliations and ensure accurate recording of client deposits Oversee portfolio updates including dividends, new deals, and settlements Execute critical close-of-day processes Conduct comprehensive reconciliations and prepare various financial reports Participate in strategic team projects Requirements: Minimum of a BCom in Accounting or similar Minimum 2 years' accounting experience within financial services Strong numerical and analytical capabilities Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure Outstanding organizational and time management skills Professional communication skills, both written and verbal High level of integrity and confidentiality This is an Employment Equity designated opportunity, in line with our clients EE requirements.
