Full Stack Developer

ENVIRONMENT:

Your relevant Full Stack Developer experience and ReactJS; SCSS; jQuery; NodeJS; Express; MongoDB and MySQL / MySQLi capabilities are non-negotiable requirements to join this leading digital advertising agency based in Sandton as the new Full Stack Developer.
DUTIES:
• Help define functionality, UI and UX in collaboration with designers
• Managing and overseeing test sites, launch dates, and working with strategists, designers and clients to get the best outcome
• Overseeing, growing and working with talented young developers
• Maintaining and troubleshooting apps, websites and platforms
• Development of related platforms such as applications, websites
• Involvement in strategic planning and product and platform innovation
• Research and integrate the latest changes and best practices in development
• Experiment and innovate
• Attending client requirement meetings.
• Implementing development process
• Monitoring and responding to consumers in an engaging and timeous manner across all platforms
• Planning and managing promotions, competitions, and events.
• Collaboration with the rest of the team.
• Ongoing client liaison in order to identify new marketing opportunities and receive approval for developing actions when necessary.
• Outreach to journalists and webmasters to build relationships and secure opportunities for client exposure.
• Ongoing research to identify new opportunities for technology and deliverables of internal and client projects
ATTRIBUTES:

• Scope an entire project and decide on the technology to be used
