Assist with implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) including HACCPAssist with audit preparation and compliance for ISO 9001, FSA and DALRRD auditsMonitor the quality of all products being manufacturedMonitor performance of suppliersCoordinate and direct all activities related to product safety, from raw materials, work-in-progress through to finished productEnsure all records are appropriately captured and filedConduct regular inspection of materials received and products being producedReport on and assist with closing-out all non-conformances, including customer complaintsFiling and maintaining of FSMS DocumentatioMaintain and enforce general hygiene and housekeepingPromote a culture of food safety amongst staff
