Food Safety Management System Coordinator

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and skilled candidates for this position within the Commercial Division, based at the Uitenhage operations. The successful incumbent will report directly to the Quality Manager.
The FSMS Coordinator will be responsible controlling and reporting on status of food safety system and results analysisinterpretation for ensuring that all quality and food safety processes are well documented. The job holder must have at least a NQF Level 6 qualification in Food Technology and or Microbiology with a minimum of 45 years experience in quality assurance, micro laboratory functions and test methods and managing food safety systems in an accredited plant.

Results Required
Enforce and adhere to all FSSC 22000 requirements
Writing and implementation of food safety related SOPs, WIs, and Policies
Analyze samples and produce reports for confirmation of food borne bacteria from food meat and meat products
Coordinate and manage customer complaints
Compile and manage Quality Index Scores report
Drive completion of internal audits, HAS and Procedure Audits.
Motivation quality and food safety standards.
Manager and Coordinate CPAR system
