Food Quality Controller

Depending on your qualifications and experience, you will be required to control Food Safety or be trained therein as a trainee in the following: Assurance of quality within the factory in line with FSSC22000 and HACCP standards. Internal auditing including customer audits and certification audits. Liaise with customers on quality and related specifications. Provide strategic Quality direction and training to the team. Quality and food safety document control. Previous experience in a Food/Ingredients manufacturing company. Good communication skills and ability to effectively solve problems. Knowledge and experience in HACCP & FSSC 22000 Standards. A strong background in Food Safety Systems. A graduate with a degree or diploma in Microbiology, Food Science and Nutrition or a Food Technologist.
