Must be confident and have a great command of the English language
Service minded, smartly presented and display a guest-friendly attitude
Able to cope under pressure and have attention to detail
Must be a team player
One to two year’s experience in a large hotel or related environment essential
Familiar with Micros Point of Sale
Honest and Trustworthy
Must have a Yes I Can! Attitude
Able to work flexible hours
Good knowledge of current Tobago’s menu, wine’s, set-ups and service standard
Good communication skills is essential
Ability to use initiative and work in a pressurized environment
Excellent guest relations skills is essential
Be flexible and be willing to work late shifts
Guests can take in the beautiful waters of the Atlantic Ocean and the private marina at the Radisson Blu Hotel Waterfront in Cape Town. This seaside hotel is in the city center and is near all the big cultural offerings. Some the 177 ocean-inspired rooms and suites with a private balcony that overlooks the ocean for an unforgettable stay. Guests can sample a local or international favorite dish paired with South African wine at Tobago’s Restaurant, which offers a striking sea view. Alternatively, they can relax by our heated rim-flow pool with a cocktail at Tobago’s Bar & Terrace, also with views of the Atlantic Ocean.
