REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12 3 years+ experience in software support and testing
Great written and verbal communication skills
The ability to communicate to users across the globe with different levels of computer skills
Comfortable to conduct class room type training or webinars
Ability to prioritise
Appropriate problem-solving skills
DUTIES:
First line support, Online order entry system and OMNIX ERP
Develop test plans and perform manual software testing
Generate and maintain Software User Guides & Training material
Manage query logs and route queries to developers where necessary
Follow/monitor new Implementations
Communicate important system notifications to users
Systems configuration
Customer/internal training on the Online order entry system
Salary: Dependent on experience
