Key Responsibilities: Monthly Management Accounts: Oversee and prepare accurate financial management accounts for two primary entities.
Secretarial Compliance: Ensure adherence to CIPC regulations and maintain compliance checklists.
SARS Compliance: Manage VAT, PAYE, provisional tax, and income tax filings and payments.
HR Responsibilities: Take charge of HR functions, including payroll and employee relations.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare and manage budgets and financial forecasts.
Financing Arrangements: Secure financing through financial institutions to support business operations.
Pressure Management: Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize high-importance tasks.
Operational Link: Serve as the liaison between the finance department and operational units.
Financial Systems: Contribute to the upkeep and enhancement of accounting systems and processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls.
Requirements Proficiency with Xero is highly advantageous.
