Financial Manager (Production)

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:Supervise and manage the financial reporting functionEnsure adherence to IFRS/GAAP and other relevant financial standardsDevelop and enforce robust internal financial policies and controlsCreate, assess, and refine budgets, forecasts, and financial modelsProvide senior management with valuable financial insights and strategic adviceTrack and regulate production costs, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency gainsEvaluate cost structures and implement measures to enhance profitabilityMaintain precise cost accounting records and ensure accurate inventory valuationStreamline working capital management, including overseeing payables and receivablesEnsure full compliance with tax laws, VAT regulations, and company financial guidelinesGuide, support, and develop the production finance teamWork closely with production, procurement, and operations teams to maximize financial effectiveness Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in a similar roleProduction or manufacturing industry experience beneficialMust be fluent in both English and AfrikaansAdvanced excel skillsExperience using ERP systems Qualification:Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related fieldProfessional qualification (e.g., CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA) is preferred Contact CHANEL STEENKAMP on
