Financial Manager - Operations

As Operational Financial Manager, youll lead all aspects of financial operationsfrom budgeting, reporting, and GP analysis to cash flow management and strategic planning.
You'll drive performance through insightful financial leadership, cost optimisation, and compliance.
On the operational side, youll oversee payroll, daily banking, and credit note approvals, while mentoring a high-performing finance team.
Youll also manage the full Debtors and Creditors function, ensuring accurate reconciliations, credit control, and streamlined accounts processes Skills & Experience:Registration with a professional board i.e.
