Our client is looking for a FM with experience in Hospitality for a prestigious golf club. Responsibilities of the Finance ManagerDuties and Responsibilities:• Overall financial management through the execution of the financial operating planand strategy for the short, medium, and long-term,• Develops and monitors standard operating processes/procedures, internal controls, andfinancial operations systems to manage the day-to-day operations of the finance department.Directs operations to meet financial and operational targets,• Serves as the management liaison to the Board of Directors and audit committee by effectivelycommunicating and presenting critical financial matters. Advises the General Managers andother key members of senior management on financial planning, budgeting, cash flow,investment priorities, and policy matters,• Manages the income statements, balance sheets, budgets, and reserves. Ensures compliancewith the appropriate accounting standards in line with a Non-Profit Company (NPC).• Prepares management reports for the Board of Directors • Facilitates internal and external audits,• Asset management,• Regularly reviews Financial Risk Management Reports focusing on Association impact/concerns, legal compliance, governance, asset management, and reserve management,• Works closely with IT Manager to ensure the latest technological advances are implemented tomeet the Estate's Minimum Requirements:• Formal accounting qualification• Professional accounting body registration• Experience with IT contingency planning and business continuity, business systems, andrelated technologies• 5 - 7 years' of financial management experience• Must be comfortable with public speakingPLEASE NOTE: A FULL SPEC WILL BE SENT TO SHORT-LISTED CANDIDATES
