Financial Oversight: Lead financial forecasting, implement cost-saving initiatives, and manage working capital to optimize operations Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic financial plans that align with business objectives Record Maintenance: Ensure accurate financial records, including production data and inventory management.
Compliance and Controls: Enforce robust financial controls, oversee tax reporting, and ensure monthly financial reconciliations comply with IFRS standards Process Improvement: Drive business improvements, stay updated with legislative changes, and collaborate with departments to enhance performance Team Leadership: Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement Skills & Experience: Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to enforcing processes and controls Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong leadership and team development capabilities Ability to work collaboratively across departments Qualification: Matric with strong mathematics; BCom in Accounting or Finance.
