The Financial Manager will be responsible for managing debtors and creditors departments, overseeing treasury functions, and handling intercompany loan reconciliations. Key duties also include managing exports accounting, insurance, and improving processes and controls. The role involves documenting critical processes, conducting self-audits, and preparing provisions and accruals, along with managing balance sheet reconciliations. Additional responsibilities include the monthly preparation and analysis of management results, managing the fixed asset register, assisting in the preparation of the annual budget and financial statements, and preparing audit documents. The candidate will also support the CEO with various projects and responsibilities. Candidates should demonstrate strong accounting skills, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), and possess an organized, detail-oriented approach. The ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and exhibit good interpersonal and communication skills is essential. Reliable transport is also required.
