Oversee financial management, including reporting, taxation, legal, risk, and compliance for statutory companies, while ensuring governance and compliance at an operational level Manage the full financial accounting and reporting function, ensuring the timely delivery of consolidated financial results, business plans, and capital plans for the segment Act as the primary liaison with stakeholders for segment reporting, audits, data governance, financial controls, and risk policies Provide technical accounting expertise on IFRS matters and support financial analysis for new business ventures and capital transactions Ensure the business remains adequately funded, solvent, and liquid, while identifying opportunities to enhance capital returns Lead internal management reporting efforts and collaborate with IT to automate key financial functions Manage audits of statutory companies and maintain strong relationships with independent financial advisory businesses Assist with ad-hoc tasks, projects, and analysis across Finance Teams and business operations Skills & Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in a financial manager role, preferably within the financial services industry Prior experience in consolidation and group reporting is highly desirable Strong leadership and team management capabilities High accuracy and attention to detail, with a focus on meeting delivery timelines Excellent planning and coordination skills Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building abilities Proactive with a solutions-oriented mindset Solid understanding of the financial services regulatory environment Qualification: Qualified CA(SA) Contact Refiloe Mofokeng on
