Now's the time to realize your potential in a team where experts come together to ignite effective change.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide advice and guidance on business performance reports and analyze variances.Build and manage technical relationships with colleagues and finance professionals to share insights and best practices.Maintain knowledge of legislative changes, industry standards, and provide proactive advice to stakeholders.Promote a service culture that fosters rewarding relationships, innovation, and exceptional client service.Manage risk to ensure compliance with audit and risk guidelines, investigating and correcting findings.Design and implement control frameworks to ensure operational and financial integrity, managing risks accordingly.Ideal Candidate ProfileBenchmark business performance internally and externally, providing management information for decision-making.Translate business strategies into financial targets and support their execution.Analyze and manage costs, including product pricing and supply chain considerations.Apply governance to ensure process and documentation compliance with standards and methodologies.Define and implement financial reporting processes aligned with accounting standards.Establish consistent modeling, planning, and forecasting processes, adopting best practices.Access and OpportunitiesNetworking and collaboration opportunities.A challenging working environment.Opportunities for innovation.Qualifications and ExperienceBCom Accounting or similar degree with Honours.Minimum of 5 years financial management experience.Experience managing finance projects from strategy to implementation.Ability to advise on complex tax issues and interpret legislation.Continuous self-assessment and professional development.Experience coaching teams and managing performance and talent development.Apply now to take the next step.
