Financial Manager

ð1 Key Responsibilities: ð Finance Operations & Reporting Prepare annual financial statements, oversee audits, and ensure seamless month-end reporting.
ð Strategic Budgeting & Forecasting Develop annual budgets, manage cash flow, and provide financial insights for decision-making.
ð Tax & Compliance Ensure SARS audits, BEE certification, and regulatory adherence.
ð People & Performance Management Lead, develop, and manage financial teams to meet operational and strategic objectives.
ð Stock & Cost Management Oversee stock levels, ancillary products, and cost-saving initiatives to optimize EBITDA and CAPEX.
ð Imports & Exports Experience in international trade finance is a strong advantage!
ð1 What Youll Need: â Proven experience in financial operations within a high-volume environment (Debtors & Creditors book value of R100M+).
â Strong analytical mindset with expertise in financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
â Leadership skills to drive team performance, oversee compliance, and optimise financial processes.
â Advanced knowledge of financial controls, stock management, and cash flow forecasting.
