This role is ideal for a seasoned finance professional with industry experience, looking to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to support business growth. Manage cost control, cash flow, and financial risk management. Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Job Experience & Skills Required: BCom in Accounting or Finance. 10 years of financial management experience. Experience in the mining industry. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and risk management. Proficiency with ERP systems.
