This is a high-impact role that will see you taking ownership of financial processes, leading a team, and driving performance Duties: Oversee and manage the financial operations of the business, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. Lead and mentor a team of financial professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Perform in-depth profit analysis, offering strategic insights that drive decision-making and enhance operational efficiency. Manage FP&A processes to provide actionable financial insights, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. Work closely with senior leadership to align financial objectives with organisational goals. Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: BCom Accounting degree. Completed either SAIPA or SAICA articles. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in managing a finance team. At least 5 years of commercial experience within the manufacturing industry.
